NOTICE – We have just received word from a patient that someone has been faking our business name and number and calling people. We don’t know their purpose but we were told that it was a person with a foreign acent. Please call the office if you or anyone you know has received similar calls.

Covid-19 Appointment Policy Update

Patients with appointments scheduled that do not have any symptoms of a illness (example, cough, congestion, runny nose, fever, etc) you no longer have to call to check in. Please enter the buliding at the main doors and check in with the receptionist.

If you have an appointment due to an illness we require that you call in to check in and you are required to wear a mask at all time while in the building. Patients with an illness will need to enter thru the middle doors – suite C – to see their provider.

Appointment Confirmations

We have added an automated messaging system. Patients will now receive confirmation voice calls or text messages regarding their appointments up to two days in advance. You will have the option to request the appointment be confirmed, rescheduled or cancelled. Our office staff will contact patients the following day when the option canel or reschedule is selected.
